When you confirm your selected items to purchase (including discount, donation, delivery time and greeting card), you will be asked if you want to place your order with or without a customer account. We genuinely suggest you checkout with an account as you will be able to benefit a lot.

PROCESSING

An Order Confirmation email will be sent to you once we start to process your order. And the Shipped Confirmation email will inform that the order is already on its way to the shipping address.

We sincerely remind you to check your shopping bag carefully before finalizing the order. And you may write us an email on contact us page  for help if you want to change your order after it's placed. The order can not be changed after it's shipped.

It normally takes about 1-5 working days for us to process your order before it's shipped.

You can not cancel your order after the receipt of Order Confirmation. Please write us an email  or visit our Live Chat for help if you need to cancel your order. If the order is already shipped, we can not cancel the order for you, either. In that case, please sign the parcel first and then refer to our return policy. We won't take any responsibility if you refuse to sign the parcel.

If the order is already shipped, we are truly sorry that we can not change the address for you. RETURN-EXCHANGE

All items purchased from us be returned within 45 days of receipt. Please indicate your reason of returning and write us an email m before you return the order, or download the Return& Exchange form and send us an email. We will answer you as soon as possible and explain to you how the return would be processed. Please don't send back your order until we emailed you back with the appropriate address, which is not the one displayed on the parcel.

We might divide your order into several parcels to ship. If the parcel you receive is not the complete order, please contact our Customer Service for confirmation.

Yes, it's possible to exchange a product. Please indicate the reason you want to exchange the order and write us an email.

When you receive a damaged or faulty product, please write us an email  and send us some pictures, our team will process this issue for you as soon as possible.

Refund

Once the return has been processed at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you.

The refund will be processed to the Paypal account/Credit card originally used for the payment once we receive the returned parcel.

Refund to credit card may take up to 5-20 working days to appear on your account, it depends on the policy of your bank.
